PhD in Economics, 30 years of experience in energy markets research and profound knowledge of energy transition - new energy technologies, market organization and corporate strategies.

Research Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy, Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies, Distinguished Research Fellow at Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ). She is also a Visiting Professor at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

Dr. Avidipto Biswas

PhD in Materials Science, MA in International Energy Affairs, 8 years of R&D experience in the oil & gas industry, Project Manager in Energy Transition domain.

Avidipto has extensive experience in project portfolio management, leading Joint-Industrial-Programs and teams, techno-economic analysis, and technology development cycle, including commercialization.

Anastasia Perdereau

Head of Communications

Master’s in Political science with 6 years experience in business education, Anastasia launched 17+ popularization and multystakeholder products for public, academia and corporate audience in the field of climate and energy transition, as Green Light Schneider Electric Award, Decarbonization modeling workshop series, Summer Energy and Sustainability School.

Co-author of 9 researches, 6 business e-courses, including «Energy Transition Globally and in Resource-Rich Countries» course for GNAM.

Expert

PhD in Economics, certified Energy Management Auditor (ISO 50001), independent expert, researcher, trainer, and advocate in the field of E/ESG, with a focus on energy efficiency, decarbonization, energy management, circular economy, and best available techniques.

Broad professional network, over 15 years of experience in corporate, municipal, regional, and national policy elaboration, working in collaboration with governmental, business, and non-governmental organizations, including such notable companies such as Fortum, Mondi, TACIS, GIZ, dena, UNIDO.

Partnerships and Fundraising

Executive with 20 years track record in energy sector, experienced in strategy elaboration for energy and utility companies with particular focus on innovations and energy transition. Yulia has rich experience of collaboration with regulatory authorities, non-governmental organizations and market participants in developing legislation framework for emerging power and utility markets, alternative energy and Paris agreement implementation.

Yulia has a unique expertise in delivering off-grid and grid wind and solar projects in FSU (5 solar and 2 wind projects) and in Wind projects developing strategy, delivering production localization and being responsible for GR for 7 Wind projects with total capacity 780 MW. Yulia is proud to be Women in Wind Global Wind Energy Council Member.

Her professional background also includes implementing Sustainable Development initiatives, ESG standards, and sustainability reporting in corporate strategies.

Accelerator Program Director

With a Masters in Business Informatics and Technology Entrepreneurship, Peter have skills ranging from project-based education to technology entrepreneurship and IT systems requirements engineering.

Peter's mentorship journey began in 2011, where he started educating young entrepreneurs. Since then, he has participated in over 20 summer schools as a trainer, mentor, and game master. Throughout his career, Peter has created more than 5 MOOCs as a co-author and program director and organized more than 10 hackathons.

As a methodologist for project activities, Peter was responsible for the project track of the University 20.35 bootcamp program “From idea to prototype”, in the first 6 batches of which over 20,000 students from 75 universities participated.

Operational Director

With a Masters in Philosophy Vitaly has practical experience spans across various sectors, with a significant focus on education initiatives and media approaches.

Vitaly has implemented educational intensives "From Idea to Prototype" across 75 universities and actively contributes to project-based education models for universities like NovSU and RUT-MIIT.

Vitaly has an experience in organizing several summer schools and round tables on anti-corruption policy issues, has designed and conducted more than 10 strategic and project sessions for educational organizations.

А versatile professional with experience in marketing and Edtech projects. She developed partnerships and supported recruitment processes, organized events, managed advertising campaigns, and conducted negotiations.

Maxim Bodrikov

Technical engeneer

An experienced leader in technical support, he managed projects with thousands of participants and organized large-scale online events , ensuring their technical efficiency. Previously involved in shaping and supporting an LXP platform, he currently focuses at NEAH on developing and maintaining digital infrastructure and rolling out new technical products.

Daria Zagorskaia

Analyst

Coming from a chemical engineering background, Daria has been working in various fields like industrial ecology and management of chemicals. Being able to perform different tasks, from scientific research to day-to-day client communication, she now aims to promote sustainable development by writing engaging and accessible texts.

Worked as a graphic and motion designer for about 3 years in the field of construction, tourism and advertising.
