Cancellation & Refund Policies
Events, cohort online courses and paid training programs

Fees and payment

Fees are either paid in installments or in full depending on the event or program type.
Where an installment is offered, the final installment is payable 14 days before the start of the course.
For bookings received later than 14 days before the start of the course, payment must be made in full.

Events Canceled or Rescheduled by New Energy Advancement Hub (NEAH) Ltd

New Energy Advancement Hub (NEAH) Ltd may cancel or reschedule any event for any reason. It will provide registrants as much notice as is reasonably possible under the circumstances. NEAH will refund 100% of fees paid for any event canceled by NEAH. If NEAH reschedules an event to a date when the registrant is unable to attend, it will refund 100% of the registrant’s registration fee, provided that the registrant requests the refund within 30 (thirty) days of NEAH communicating the new date; otherwise, the refund reschedule below (for registrant refund requests and cancellations) applies. The refund period is up to 30 business days.

Unless otherwise indicated in the event description, NEAH anticipates holding events in a virtual setting.

Registrations Cancelled or Refund Request by or on behalf of the Registrant

All cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted via email to info@neahub.net

For all events, cohort online courses and paid training programs

  • Refund requested > 50 days prior to start date = 100% refund
  • Refund requested ≤ 50 days to start date = 50% refund
  • For hybrid events or training the "start date" is defined as the date of the first session, whether virtual or in-person
  • Refund for any paid training program or cohort online courses requested after start date = 0-50% refund based on the amount on past days of a program
  • Refund for any event requested after start date = 0% refund (NEAH provides a video of the event with no rights to share)
  • The refund period is up to 30 business days

Online Courses

  • A refund can be requested within 14 days after making the purchase.
  • Refund requested if the student/user did not access any portion of the online course = 100% refund.
  • Refund requested if the student/user did access any portion of the online course = 50% refund.
  • All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@neahub.net

Community Membership

Community membership fees cannot be refunded.
