NEAH Director

NEAH Director PhD in Economics, 30 years of experience in energy markets research and profound knowledge of energy transition - new energy technologies, market organization and corporate strategies. Research Fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy, Senior Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies, Distinguished Research Fellow at Institute of Energy Economics, Japan (IEEJ). She is also a Visiting Professor at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po).

• 8 years as Independent Director in the international public energy companies.
• 8 books, more than 200 publications in scientific and business journals.
• strong focus on ESG and corporate climate strategies.

Bertha (Rirhandzu) Dlamini

President at African Women in Energy and Power

Ms. Dlamini is an advocate for accelerated participation of African Women and Youth in Africa’s Power and Energy sector. She is the founding President of African Women in Energy and Power (AWEaP) (www.aweap.africa); an organization she founded to accelerate the participation of African Women Entrepreneurs in the full value chains of Power and Energy in Africa and contribute towards addressing the continent’s energy poverty. The organization has 22 chapters in Africa. She is the founder of Rito Group of Companies Pty LTD, a consulting group with interests in management consulting energy and power consulting solutions (www.ritogroup.africa)
