According to IRENA, in 2019-2030, energy transition workforce is expected to more than double. The surge in demand underscores the critical need for professionals in the sector.

Leon Stille has a background in energy sciences (MSc and BSc) and is pursuing a PhD on energy policy. He runs his own company as an independent energy expert through his label, New Energy Institute, and holds several teaching positions at universities of applied sciences. He has over 12 years of experience in various roles, from business developer and lecturer to general manager within the energy transition. He is currently involved in education, technology implementation and project development globally, with a strong focus on sustainability.
Manfred Hafner

Professor Manfred Hafner has been teaching energy transition and decarbonisation topics for more than a decade at The Johns Hopkins University (School of Advanced International Studies) and at SciencesPo (Paris School of International Affairs) as well as for worldwide executive education programmes like the New Energy Business School (NEBS). He also has a long track record of consulting governments and companies on issues related to the energy transition. On these issues he has published several reference books.
